# link.updated

> Sent when a partner's referral link is edited.

Every webhook is delivered as JSON with the same envelope, `link.updated`
carries the link in `data`:

**type** `string`

The event name, `link.updated`.
**data** `object`

The link this event is about.

**data**

**id** `string`

Unique id for the link.

**status** `string | null`

Current state of the link, e.g. `active`.

**param** `string | null`

The query parameter used for tracking, e.g. `ref`.

**value** `string | null`

The parameter value that identifies the partner, e.g. `sam`.

**partner\_id** `string | null`

Id of the partner this link belongs to.

**program\_id** `string | null`

Id of the program the link belongs to.

**organization\_id** `string`

Id of the organization that owns the link.

**created\_at** `string`

When the link was created (ISO 8601).

**updated\_at** `string`

When the link was last updated (ISO 8601).
**timestamp** `string`

ISO 8601 time the event was emitted.

Deliveries can carry more fields than listed here, and the example below is shortened, so ignore fields you don't use.
