A tracked commission starts in pending, or approved when its flow approves immediately; one created through POST /v2/commissions defaults to approved. A Stripe refund of an already-paid commission also creates one, with type: "refund" and a negative amount.

Every webhook is delivered as JSON with the same envelope, commission.created carries the commission in data:
